Welcome to MADD Arkansas

Effective 7/31/09 Arkansas offenders whose arrest date is ON or AFTER 7/31/09, and whose licenses have been suspended through Arkansas Driver Control will be required to attend a MADD Victim Impact Panel before the license can be reinstated.  If your arrest date is BEFORE 7/31/09, the new requirement does not apply to you.*

 *NOTE:  If you are under a judge's order to attend a MADD VIP Class (even if your arrest date was prior to July 31, 2009) you should comply with that court order.
