MADD VICTIM IMPACT PANEL ATTENDEE GUIDELINES

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. You will need to bring a $10 money order/cashier check (NO CASH OR CHECK ACCEPTED) and a picture identification.  You cannot Pre-pay or pay on line at this time.

 

2. You will receive a receipt after the panel presentation.   This will serve as your official certification for attendance.

 

3. Driver Control requires that you submit the original receipt certificate.  Retain a copy of your receipt certification for your own records before giving your original to Driver Control.

 

4. MADD will assess a $10 fee for replacement receipt certificates.

 

5.  All receipt-certificates are uniquely numbered, recorded, and subject to verification.

 

6. You may be subject to a portable breathalyzer test or other field sobriety tests for entry into the panel.  If you are found to be under the influence, you will be asked to leave immediately.

 

7.  If you arrive late, you will not be admitted.

 

8.  If you leave during the panel, you will not be re-admitted and you will not receive a refund or completed receipt-certificate.

 

9. No eating, drinking, sleeping, reading, talking, texting, use of electronic devices, etc. is allowed during the panel.  Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

 

10. Relatives and guest will be let in  only if space permits and the coordinator allows.  Guests are subject to all VIP attendee rules of conduct.

 

11. No children under 16 allowed unless attending as a paying attendee needing a certification-receipt for Driver Control or to satisfy a Court order.

 

12. Arguments with volunteers and/or staff over guidelines or ejections will be reported to the appropriate court and/or Driver Control official(s).

 

13. All panels last about 1 hour.  After the panel, return to the check-in area to receive your receipt-certificate of completion.

 

**BE SURE TO TURN OFF ALL CELL PHONES & ELECTRONIC DEVICES**

 

 

MADD reserves the right to deny entry and/or remove you from the class if these or any other guidelines not listed are not met without a refund and without a receipt-certification.
