Registration Instructions:

 

 

1)Please refer to VIP class schedule/locations for the complete state listing.

 

 

2) If your selected panel requires pre-registration, please complete and submit the on-line form.

 

 

3) If your selected panel does not require pre-registration, refer to the VIP Attendance Guidelines and register at the door the date you attend.

 

 

4) You will be contacted via e-mail or telephone to verify your pre-registration within 2 business days.  Providing a working e-mail will ensure a quicker response. 

 

 

5) Once you receive your e-mail response, if it requires a reply, your seat will not be secured for the panel until you respond.  Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder for the confirmation e-mail from MADD.

 

 

6) You cannot PRE-PAY for the panel.  Please bring a $10 money order made out to MADD to the panel you attend.

 

 

7) Please review the VIP Attendance Guidelines before attending your session.  All guidelines must be followed -- no exceptions will be made.

 

 

8) Do Not Call Panel Locations for Information regarding registration or directions.  Please contact the MADD Office or e-mail (Pamela.Sell@madd.org ) for any questions.
